Weekly Safety Reminder: Weather-Appropriate Attire & Defensive Driving

As we move into a new season, I want to highlight two important topics for this week: dressing for the weather and defensive driving.

1. Dressing for the Weather

With the seasons changing, the weather can vary significantly. It’s essential to ensure you are prepared by bringing appropriate clothing for all possible conditions. Rain, cold, or other adverse weather will not stop our contractors from working, so please plan to stay comfortable and safe while performing your duties.

2. Defensive Driving

Staying focused on the road and adapting to changing conditions is critical for safe driving. Seasonal changes also bring new challenges, such as an increase in deer activity near roadways. Please slow down, remain vigilant, and exercise caution while driving to prevent accidents.
